Who We Are - Mission // Scope // Purpose

Mission Statement: The Old Town Spring Heights Task Force is a coalition of churches, para church and secular organizations that exists to work with the residents of the Spring Heights community of Spring, Texas in their efforts at community organization, development, and empowerment.
 
Scope: The Old Town Spring Heights Task Force limits its involvement to the citizens of the Spring Heights community of Spring, Texas and to the economic, social, educational, and empowerment problems therein, including, but not limited to, crime, poverty, hopelessness, and predatory activity.
 
Purpose: The purpose of The Old Town Spring Heights Task Force is to act as a liaison between the people of the Spring Heights community of Spring, Texas and those people, organizations and agencies that exist to provide assistance to them.

Vision: We envision spiritual and community transformation of Old Town Spring Heights where there is preservation of a historic neighborhood in which its citizens have developed leadership responsibility for continued improvements in social conditions, safe environment, healthy standards and educational future for its residents.
